9月4日（金）に開催される文化祭に向けて、今週月曜日から校内では本格的な準備が始まりました！

各クラスや学年、有志団体などが、それぞれの企画に向けて準備を進め、いつもの教室や校内の風景も少しずつ文化祭仕様へと変わっていきます。放課後まで残って準備に取り組む生徒たちの姿も見られ、校内には文化祭を目前にした熱気と期待が広がっています。

そして文化祭前日の今日は、最終準備に加え、特別講演会と前日祭が行われます！

特別講演会では、本校の初代校長である溝上芳秋先生をお迎えします。早稲田佐賀が開校するまでの歴史や、これまでの歩みなど、開校当時を知る先生ならではの貴重なお話をお楽しみにしています！
講演会の後には、体育館で前日祭が行われます。吹奏楽部によるオープニングコンサートやクラス有志企画の紹介などを通して、いよいよ始まる文化祭への期待をさらに高めます。夏休み前から動いてくれた実行委員会の皆さんが指揮し、盛り上げてくれます！

長い時間をかけて準備してきた文化祭も、いよいよ明日が本番です。生徒たちが仲間と力を合わせてつくり上げてきた企画が、どのような形で完成するのか、今からとても楽しみです。

The Culture Festival is tomorrow, and everyone (except for the third-year high school students – sorry, guys! Keep up the studying!) has been busy in the final stages of preparation since this Monday. Almost every classroom on campus has been transformed as the first- and second-year high school students get ready for their class events and the junior high school students get ready for their Food Fest and presentations. Many students have been preparing special performances for the two stages outside and in the gym, and many clubs have also been working hard to create fun events for the festival that show off their unique colors. Most students have been staying late after school to help get things ready in time, so every day has been filled with excitement of anticipation. 

And today, we will finally kick off the Culture Festival with a special talk from Mr. Mizokami, who served as the first principal of this school, followed by the “Culture Festival Day Eve” event planned and hosted by the Culture Festival Committee members! Set to go in motion with a special concert by our Brass Band Club, the festivities will include a student-made video introducing all of the events and attractions to expect tomorrow.

The clock is ticking down to the end of preparation time, and it will soon be time to enjoy the fruits of our labors.
