全体練習、団別練習、そして予行練習と、午前中は体育祭に向けた動きが続きました。

声を掛け合いながら取り組む中で、団の仲間や同じ学年の生徒同士のつながりも、少しずつ深まっているように感じられます。

休憩時間には、優勝旗を囲んで、その歴史に目を向ける生徒の姿も見られました。

リボンに刻まれた過去の優勝団とその年を見つめながら、それぞれが思いを巡らせていたでしょう。

昼休みにはしっかり体を休め、食事でエネルギーを補給し、午後の予行練習に備えて、

午後は予行練習の続きとして、競技の流れやルールの確認が行われました。

特に昨年度から変更された点については、アナウンスも含めて入念に確認が進められました。

また、競技の補助や記録、審判を担当する生徒たちも、それぞれの役割に真剣に向き合いながら取り組んでいました。

本番に向けて、着実に準備が整いつつあります。

This morning was filled with preparations for the Sport Festival, including practices within each team and the entire school as a whole.  

Students encouraged one another and worked together in unison, the bonds between them growing stronger little by little. 

During break time, some students gathered around the school flag, which is awarded to the winning block at the end of the festival. It sits near the main tent throughout practice as a reminder to students to do their best. Taking a closer look at its history, the students who had gathered read the colors of the past champion blocks and the years embroidered on the ribbons, which served as reminders of the achievements of those who came before them.

At lunchtime, students took time to rest and recharge before returning for the afternoon rehearsal. Everyone was reminded of the rules for each event, their jobs during the festival, and things to be careful about. Particular attention was given to the changes in certain events introduced last year.

Students serving as event assistants, scorekeepers, and officials also carried out their responsibilities with focus and dedication, and the Broadcasting Club practiced their announcements and live coverage for the racing events.

Step by step, everything is coming together for a successful Sports Festival.
