10月4日(日)ミズウェルビーホールにて開催された、「第39回佐賀県吹奏楽ソロコン
テスト」に本校吹奏楽部の中学生2名(ホルン·フルート)が出場し、それぞれ金賞を受
賞しました。
大人数で音楽をつくり上げる吹奏楽の演奏とは異なり、ソロコンテストでは一人ひとりの
高い演奏技術に加え、ピアノ伴奏と息を合わせるアンサンブルカや、約5分間の演奏を最
後までやり遂げる集中力と精神力が求められます。
2名は、このコンテストに向けて、定期考査の勉強と楽器の練習を両立させながら、努力
を積み重ねてきました。限られた時間の中で自分自身と向き合い、目標に向かって真摯に
取り組んできた姿勢が、今回の素晴らしい結果につながりました。
今回の金賞は、2名が自らの努力でつかみ取った大きな成果です。その努力と挑戦を心か
ら讃えるとともに、生徒の頑張りを大変誇りに思います。
金賞受賞、本当におめでとうございます!今後のさらなる成長と活躍を期待しています。

  On Sunday, October 4, two junior high school students from our brass band club participated in the 39th Saga Prefecture Wind Instrument Solo Contest, held in Saga City. Both students, one playing the French horn and the other the flute, received Gold Awards.

  Unlike ensemble performances in a concert band, where musicians work together to create a unified sound, solo competitions require not only a high level of individual playing ability but also the ability to perform in harmony with a piano accompanist. Performers must also demonstrate the concentration and mental strength needed to carry a performance of approximately five minutes through to the very end.

  In preparation for the contest, both students worked hard to balance their instrument practice with studying for their regular school exams. Despite their busy schedules, they continued to challenge themselves and work steadily toward their goals. Their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to improving their performances led to this wonderful achievement.

  These Gold Awards are a testament to the hard work and determination of both students. We are incredibly proud of their efforts and the challenge they took on, and we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to them both!
