今年の体育祭は、白熱した戦いでした！

気温はそこまで上がってはありませんでしたが、生徒たちの熱さでとても暑い一日となりました！生徒はそれぞれの競技に全力で取り組み、グラウンドには熱気と声援があふれていました。

途中の得点発表では、歓声に包まれるブロックや、結果を見守る緊張感のあるブロックの姿が見られ、会場は大いに盛り上がりました。

部活動対抗リレーでは、吹奏楽部のパフォーマンスや野球部の力強い走りと応援が印象的で、会場の一体感がさらに高まりました。

全校エールでは、「紺碧の空」を全校生徒が肩を組んで歌い、仲間とともに過ごす時間の大切さが感じられました。

応援合戦では青ブロックが優勝、バックアーチでは黄ブロックが優勝しました。

そして総合優勝に輝き、来年度は臙脂ブロックとして出場することになったのは—

青ブロックです！

青ブロックの皆さん、おめでとうございます。

そして全校の生徒の皆さん、

本当にお疲れ様でした！

閉会式の最後に、すべての力をを出し切った生徒たちは、もう一回「紺碧の空」を歌って、2026年度の体育祭を閉めました。

それぞれのブロックが積み重ねてきた努力と仲間との時間が、一つの形となって表れた一日となりました。

This year’s Sports Festival was a huge success! It was a blast of excitement, energy, and drama from beginning to end.

The temperature was thankfully relatively mild, but the students’ enthusiasm made it feel as if it were one of the hottest days of the year! Every student gave their best in each and every event, and the grounds were filled with spirited cheers and applause.

When the interim scores were announced, some blocks erupted in boisterous celebration while others waitered with bated breath for the results. The excitement that spread throughout the entire venue as almost tangible. 

One of the biggest highlights of the day was the Club Relay. The Brass Band Club’s spirited performance and the Baseball Club’s infectious cheering (and powerful running! – They placed first!) brought even more excitement and unity to the event. 

During the School Cheer, in which the entire student body sings the Waseda fight song Konpeki no Sora, students stood with their arms around each others shoulders, swinging in rhythm to the fast tempo and creating a memorable moment that reflects both the importance of friendship and the strong sense of community at our school. 

Finally, it was time for the results. The Blue Block was named the winner of the Cheering Competition, while the Yellow Block’s ferocious gold dragon won them the Back Arch Competition. 

And the overall champion – earning the honor of competing as the Enji Block next year – is…

thank you for your incredible effort and sportsmanship throughout the day. You have every reason to be proud of yourselves.

At the end of the closing ceremony, after giving all they had, the students joined together once more to sing Konpeki no Sora, brining the 2026 Sports Festival to a memorable close. 

It was a day where each blocks’ hard work, dedication, and the friendships they built along the way came together to create something truly special.
